Prost! Celebrate Oktoberfest with Chef Stuart during a festive, hands-on cooking class featuring the hearty, comforting flavors of Germany. Roll up your sleeves and learn to prepare a traditional Oktoberfest-inspired feast from scratch, from warm pretzels and handmade spaetzle to crispy pork schnitzel and warm apple strudel.
Chef Stuart will guide you through the techniques, flavors, and ingredients behind these classic dishes as you cook your way through a menu made for celebrating.
Menu:
Warm Pretzels: Served with beer cheese and spicy mustard
Pork Schnitzel: Crispy pork schnitzel with wild mushroom-thyme gravy
Handmade Spaetzle: Traditional German noodles tossed with herbs and butter
Warm Swabian Potato Salad: Crispy bacon, red wine vinegar, whole-grain Dijon and herbed vinaigrette
Rotkohl: Red cabbage braised with apples, bacon, red wine vinegar, clove, allspice and bay leaf
Warm Apple Strudel: A classic sweet finish to our Oktoberfest feast
Come hungry, bring your appetite for learning, and get ready for an evening of hands-on cooking, great food, and Oktoberfest fun!

Due to the advance planning and preparation required for our events, cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or store credits.
