Journey to Northern India with Chef Stu!

Experience the bold spices, rich aromas, and comforting flavors of Uttar Pradesh, one of Northern India's most celebrated culinary regions. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Stu will introduce you to the techniques, ingredients, and traditions that define authentic North Indian cuisine.

You'll learn how to layer spices to create depth of flavor, work with classic aromatics like ginger, garlic, onions, and tomatoes, and discover why ingredients such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and fenugreek are staples of this vibrant cuisine.

Together, you'll prepare a traditional North Indian feast featuring:

  • Mixed Vegetable Pakoras – Crispy vegetable fritters served as the perfect appetizer.
  • Murgi Ka Saalan – A fragrant, authentic North Indian chicken curry.
  • Methi Wala Alu Gobhi Matar – Potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and fenugreek cooked with aromatic spices.
  • Zaffrani Chaval – Saffron rice with nuts.
  • Fresh Naan – Soft, leavened flatbread baked fresh to accompany your meal.
  • Keshar Pistachio Kulfi – A traditional Indian frozen dessert infused with saffron and pistachios.
  • Two glasses of complimentary wine, tea, or soda are included with your class.
