You'll roll pasta dough, prepare and fill delicate lobster ravioli, and properly cut and shape each piece for beautiful, restaurant-quality results.
While you are watching the instructional section, enjoy a fresh Caprese salad. After you've created your pasta masterpiece, sit down and savor a delicious serving of Lobster Ravioli with a bright lemon cream sauce and house made focaccia bread.
To top it all off, you'll package up the ravioli you make during class to take home, so you can enjoy another gourmet meal and impress your family and friends with your new pasta-making skills.
