Mediterranean Tapas Cooking Class 7/10/2024

In this hands on class you will learn how to make several different Mediterranean Tapas with Chef Tazia. You will be creating and taking home the recipes for roasted red pepper and garlic hummus, spicy feta dip, tzatziki sauce, Muhammara (roasted red pepper dip), medley of olives, feta cheese, banana peppers, and pita bread. This is a vegetarian friendly class. 2 glasses of wine will be served during your class.
