Chef Tazia will share the joy of making your own pasta dough at home! In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make pasta dough & then knead, shape, and cut your own pasta. The menu for the afternoon will start with a delicious mixed green salad with our house-made Olivelle dressing, bread & fresh pasta topped with a marinara pasta sauce. Two glasses of wine will be served during the class. Each participant will also make a small batch of pasta to take home with them.
