You'll learn the secrets to creating a flavorful, tender gluten-free crust, from mixing and handling the dough to stretching, topping, and baking it to crispy, golden perfection. Chef Ron will share techniques, ingredient tips, and baking methods that will help you achieve great results long after class is over.

Then it's time to make it your own! Build your personal pizza using a variety of fresh toppings before watching it bake into a bubbling, cheesy masterpiece.

Enjoy your handcrafted gluten-free pizza fresh from the oven during class, served alongside a fresh garden salad. You'll leave with the recipes, techniques, and confidence to recreate gluten-free pizza night at home whenever the craving strikes.
