Celebrate the flavors of the season in this hands-on cooking class all about apples! Join Chef Tazia Young as she guides you through a cozy, fall-inspired menu that highlights the versatility of this beloved fruit in savory and sweet dishes alike.
Together, you’ll prepare a delicious three-course meal featuring:

Appetizer: Creamy Apple & Butternut Squash Soup with crispy shallots, bacon, and herb oil

Entrée: Maple-Glazed Salmon with apple & celery root purée and spiced rainbow carrots

Dessert: Salted Caramel Apple Parfaits
You’ll work in groups step-by-step through the recipes, gaining new techniques and seasonal inspiration along the way. Two glasses of wine are included for guests 21+, making this the perfect evening to cook, sip, and savor the best of fall.
