Join us for a delicious deep dive into summer’s favorite superfruit: the blueberry! In this semi hands-on cooking class, Chef Tazia Young will guide you through a seasonal three-course menu that balances sweet and savory in creative and elegant ways. Volunteers will be encouraged to help prepare different parts of the meal.
Menu:
Appetizer: Blueberry & Feta Puff Pastry with Arugula
Main Course: Seared Salmon with Polenta Cake, Broccolini, and Blueberry Port Reduction
Dessert: Lemon Blueberry Shortcake with Vanilla Chantilly Cream
Two glasses of wine will be served with your meal.
