Working alongside Chef Tazia, you'll prepare an island-inspired feast from scratch while learning the techniques and flavor combinations that make Caribbean cooking so unforgettable. From perfectly seasoned Jamaican Jerk Chicken to sweet, caramelized Fried Plantains, every dish is packed with fresh, tropical flavor. At the end of class, you'll gather around the table to enjoy the delicious meal you've created together.
