Chef Angelita specializes in tasty flavorful vegan cooking and this class will not disappoint! In this semi-hands on class you will learn how to create a vegan scallop dish with noodles over a creamy sundried tomato and spinach sauce, maple coleslaw, and to finish off this wonderful meal - peach cobbler! 2 glasses of wine will be served with the dinner. This will be a menu you will want to serve at your next dinner party!

Your Host

Chef Angelita trained under the guidance of an executive Chef in Manhattan, NY for two years, and a pastry Chef from Cordon Bleu for another two years. She now has over 28 years of culinary experience. After her Mother passed away from complications with Diabetes, she dedicated herself to a healthy diet to change her own health. Now, 4 years later she is 35 pounds lighter and off of 5 prescription medicines. She loves teaching Vegan and encourages her clients to be hands on while she teaches. “There is something so beautiful and personal about getting to know where your food comes from and how it is prepared.” Says Chef Angelita.
