Chef Vince Bienish will take you on a journey through five expertly crafted courses, each inspired by the bold, rustic flavors of Sicilian cuisine. 3 glasses of Italian wine will be included to compliment your meal
The Sicilian-Inspired Menu
Course 1
Arancini al Ragù
Crispy Sicilian rice croquettes filled with slow-simmered beef ragù and mozzarella
Course 2
Scacciata Siciliana
Traditional stuffed flatbread with broccoli rabe, sweet Italian sausage, Castelvetrano olives, and roasted tomatoes
Course 3
Fresh Cavatelli
Hand-rolled pasta with braised short rib, garlic, and Calabrian chili oil
Course 4
Sicilian Salmoriglio Swordfish
Grilled swordfish with salmoriglio sauce (fresh garlic, olive oil, herbs, and white wine), served with seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes
Course 5
Cannoli Cheesecake
Ricotta cheesecake with candied citrus, pistachio, and chocolate drizzle
